
I met Justyna in April 2008, when she offered an introductory fitness and nutrition assessment at my health club. Although I had always exercised regularly, I felt that I had hit a plateau and wasn’t happy with where I was in terms of my weight and overall fitness level. After meeting Justyna, I decided to sign up for 4 work-out sessions with her so that she could set me up on a resistance program that I could do on my own. But after those 4 sessions, I was hooked. I signed up for a few months of every-other-week sessions with her, which then turned into ongoing weekly sessions. I also convinced my husband, who was a runner but did not do resistance training, to give her a try and he now works with her every other week. It’s hard to explain how much of a positive impact Justyna has had on our lives. We both feel like our fitness level is the best in many years—we look and feel great. I have muscles that I never knew existed! Justyna has also helped us improve our nutrition, which has been a huge benefit to our whole family. Work-outs with Justyna are challenging but she has an amazing ability to motivate and push beyond what you think are your limits. She makes it fun because work-outs are always changing – you never get bored. I’m now a firm believer that working with a personal trainer regularly, particularly as you get older, is an essential part of overall health. I just turned 45 years old and my husband is almost 47 and we feel great (the attached pictures show us in Jamaica in Feb 2009). Justyna is always available to answer questions and offer suggestions, no matter what the health issue is. I would highly recommend Justyna to anyone who is seriously looking to improve their health and lifestyle.
